These terms govern your use of PikPlanner. By creating an account or using PikPlanner, you agree to them.
Who we are
- PikPlanner is operated by C&C MINDS CONSTRUCT S.R.L., Str. Constantin Dobrogeanu Gherea Nr. 45, Sântana, Arad 317280, Romania, tax ID RO43045200. Contact: support@pikplanner.com.
The service
- PikPlanner lets you connect Facebook Pages you manage, prepare content, schedule and publish it, and view basic Page statistics.
Your responsibilities
- You may only connect Pages you are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and must follow Meta's Terms, Community Standards and Platform Terms, as well as applicable law.
- Keep your login details secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and limits
- Accounts are subject to the limits of their plan (for example the number of Pages, queued posts and posts per day). We may change plans with prior notice.
Availability and liability
- We aim to keep PikPlanner available, but publishing depends on Facebook. We are not liable for posts delayed or rejected by Facebook, or for interruptions outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Termination
- You can stop using PikPlanner and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
